How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately at support@halypso.com with your order number and we will do our best to help.

How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is processed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. Express delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. Please note these are estimates and may vary by location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your delivery status online.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at support@halypso.com to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologise! Please email us at support@halypso.com with your order number and a photo of the item and we will resolve it immediately.
